This morning I awoke to the song “It Had To Be You” from my deceased husband and it was so healing. Last week he sent me the song “Funny Face, I Love You.” These songs play in my head and heart all day long and fill me with joy. For the past four years, there have been different songs and other things to remind me he is still watching over me. He also comes to me as a Blue Bird; after he died, there were Blue Birds all over the place. Now, there is one that draws my attention when I go outside in the garden, or go on a walk, or when I look out the window. Healing my grief, bringing me joy, watching over me, and helping me create a wonderful life without him. A love so great it brings tears to my eyes.
Reggie, my little dog, will look up at the ceiling at times and stay so still, that I know he is aware of the presence of Spirit(s). Other times, he will lay beside my leg while I am relaxing by TV, sharing the warmth of this little body and his unconditional love. I trust he has been sent to comfort me and be my companion by my deceased husband or other loved ones in Spirit.
Healing comes in many precious, loving forms, and I am so grateful for them all. Spirit tells me, and I share with you, “You the human, you the Spirit, are loved beyond your knowing.” Nancy and Reggie♥
