Spring Rain©

Spring is here today with the sun shining, the sky that beautiful blue, vegetation budding out, and the air so very fresh after a few days of refreshing rain.  While Reggie and I were walking this morning, I took many deep breaths of the fresh, after-rain air that smells so good.  It took me back to living in the Los Angeles area and the smell of smog when I walked.  I thought about the exhaust from the cars that my dog breathed each day as we walked.  I wouldn’t let that dog drink from the water running in the street as I didn’t know if there were chemicals from lawn spraying.  I didn’t notice the smog while I lived there unless it was very bad.

The air and water here make me so grateful that Reggie and I have clean, fresh air to breathe almost every day, and that Reggie can drink from the clean water flowing down the street after the rain.

What precious pure gifts these are from nature with which to fill our bodies, hearts, and souls!  That I am aware at so much deeper a level brings a new layer of appreciation for my spiritual journey.  It makes each moment more special with all the blessings from the weather, the earth, and Spirit.  Nancy and Reggie♥

Nature©

Each morning and evening, Reggie and I go for a walk around the neighborhood.  There are two parks close to us, so we walk to and around the parks.  As I am walking, I do a meditation.  When I leave the house, I say “Good Morning, All That Is, I love you.  Then I refresh or open Sacred Space, call in the four directions – North, East, South, West, above and below – Heaven and Earth, within and without – the conscious and unconscious.  I send blessings, healing, Light, love, peace, and release to myself and Reggie, my sisters and their families, my children and their families, my other relatives and their families, all those who need my special prayers by name, all those in our groups, all those who have passed over, all the leaders everywhere as they co-create perfect alignment with God’s truth, wisdom and love, to the council of the future leadership of the world as they stand forward to take their place now, to the elements – the air, earth, fire, water, the ether, to the plants, animals, minerals – the known and unknown, the seen and unseen, and bless all of everything everywhere as we co-create lives and relationships from the depth of our hearts and souls.”

I continue, with “Thank you for the ability to walk, the willingness to walk, for all the intricacies that go into walking.  Thank you for the beautiful, safe place to walk, for the smooth pathways to walk on, for the owners who all keep up their property, for the pet owners who are all responsible, loving, and caring, for the blue of the sky, the warmth of the sun, the clouds floating by, the rain falling, the birds singing,” or whatever else I become aware of.

I wave to all the cars who pass us by sending them blessings, healing, Light, love, peace and release as my way of loving my neighbors and uplifting my neighborhood.  Nancy and Reggie♥

Weather Blessings©

It is a glorious day here in Auburn – sunny and cool, with that Royal Blue clear winter sky.  The last few days, we had rain, snow, and wind – weather I love with the energy flowing through it cleansing, freshening and renewing everything.  Reggie and I took a walk in the rain yesterday and it felt so good to be touched by the droplets – blessings falling on us and the Earth.  Whatever the weather is where you are, I trust that it is blessing you the same as mine is me.  Hugs and wags from Nancy and Reggie ♥
